Returns
All our products are bespoke designs, created from natural products and are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
If there is any damage to any products during transit that we have delivered in person, we will ensure the damage is rectified before leaving the site. For all items that are posted or collected, once the items have left our studio we can not be held responsible for any damage that may happen during transit. For any damage that is caused once the items have been delivered, for example flowers left out of water or next to direct heat, we cannot accept responsibility for this.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
